How do I order?
Ordering is fast, simple and safe. With
just a phone call you can have your tile shipped free to a
warehouse location near you. For your convenience we’ll
set you up with a free Tile Zoo account for all our customers. With the
ability to log in you can access and print out personal price
quotes or sales receipts on items you requested or purchased
also you can be updated on the status of your order or view
pics of specially requested materials.
Can I get a sample?
Yes, we arrange for samples to be picked up or sent out.
Can you deliver? Yes we do offer various delivery options. Your best option is
to arrange to pick up your own material. In most cases your tile can
be shipped to a warehouse location near you which in turn can save
you quite a bit of money avoiding costly doorstep deliveries.
What is your return policy? We offer returns on non-special order items within ten days from the date
of purchase (full boxes only), but we do not accept returns on special
order items. We are confident that the quality is always going to be grade
AAA. Tile and natural stone have inherent variations in color, veining,
texture, and are in many cases abstract and unpredictable. This should
be a desired quality especially in marble and other natural stones.
Do you sell discontinued tiles? Sorry, we do not sell discontinued tile and we are unable to give suggestions
as to where to find old or discontinued tiles. Chances are if your tile
was made or installed prior to 1990 you will not find a duplicate.
